Came home to a busted water heater with water leaking out of my garage and down the driveway. Called for service and they arrived very quickly even though it was the end of the day. Within a few minutes they diagnosed the problem and stopped the leak. A replacement was installed immediately and my house was back in order faster than I had imagined. Jim was very friendly and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make sure everything in my house was in good condition, not just the water heater, before he left. I will most definitely continue to use their services and am very glad I called.

Plumb Pro had Joey working on my sink within 2 hrs of my call ON NEW YEAR’S DAY. He was quite professional, did everything he could do to keep the price as low as possible, and checked several times to make sure the problem had been solved before he left. Plumb Pro was the fourth company I had called that day; one answered, but offered a service date 36 hrs from the time I called (having already gone 24 hrs with no kitchen sink or dishwasher and five people staying in the house, this was NOT going to be a pleasant experience), I left messages for two companies, and Plumb Pro immediately took care of the problem. I did not compare prices, but their price was probably fair, given the work and machinery involved.

Anthony and Dean were great. Both very professional and knew their craft. They gave us options and prices before work started. Superior installation of a new trash dispenser and changing an angle of the drain pipe to ensure no future problems. We'r would not hesitate to call Plumb Pro again and all for Anthony and Dean.
